3. Human oversight

  • All AI-generated content (case studies, translations, articles) is reviewed by a human operator before publication.
  • The chatbot is clearly identified as an AI assistant in the user interface.
  • The administrator can intervene at any time in chat conversations, replacing the AI.

4. Data handling

  • Data transmitted to Anthropic is used solely to generate the requested responses.
  • Anthropic does not use data submitted via API to train its models (API no-training policy).
  • Data transfer to the USA is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission.
  • All AI interactions are logged internally (ai_usage_log) tracking only the feature name, token count, and cost — no personal data is stored in the log.

5. User rights

Users have the following rights in relation to the AI systems used:

  • Right to request human operator intervention as an alternative to the AI chatbot
  • Right to contest AI-generated content
  • Right to obtain information about the AI systems used and their operating logic
